  • Welcome to PIG AND COIN | membership! We are excited to meet you, learn about your business, and watch as you learn and grow as an entrepreneur.

    Our membership is held in a Facebook group. Please note that we review and accept join requests every Monday - Friday at 9am MT (excluding holidays).

    You will be asked to verify your purchase when you join the group by submitting the email you used when purchasing.

    By requesting to join, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the rules.

    1. This group is to discuss entrepreneurship. Therefore, all posts should point back to being an entrepreneur, growing your business and making money. Posts should begin with a label: #coaching, #celebration, #wnw.

    2. All posts are open to opinions and coaching. Do not post in the community if you are not open to receiving opinions from members and coaching from our coaches. Remember, opinions are just that and what works for one may not work for another. Coaching should only come from our coaches who have been trained and certified and will always be labeled as #coach. Regardless of it being labeled #coaching, #celebration or #wnw, all posts are open to opinions and coaching. Someone may see something that you did not see or think of.

    3. #Coaching Posts: Coaching posts are questions submitted by members and answered by a #coach. Members are welcome to ask follow-up questions or for clarification to #Coaching posts in the comments.

    4. #Celebration Posts: Celebration posts are appropriate when you are celebrating a win in your business and teaching what you did to achieve it. Ex: making your $2k back, selling your product/service, etc. Do NOT come into this group and share huge money celebrations ONLY. If you’re making that kind of money, join 200k and celebrate there. Don’t fall for these posts and hire them to teach you what you might be “missing”. Celebrations from this group may be used in our marketing (emails, ads, social, etc).

    5. #WNW Posts: What’s Not Working posts should talk about what you are trying, why you think it’s not working, and at least one idea of what you can change to see if that gets the results you are looking for. Comments are opinions from members on what you could also try.

    6. Do NOT sell to other group members. The expectation is that you are in this group to learn and improve your own business, NOT to get other group members to hire you. Do not sell to other group members. If your posts seem geared to sell others in the group, they will be deleted. If there are multiple offenses, or if you are reported for DMing or otherwise soliciting members of the group, you will be removed from the FB Community and your membership will be terminated without a refund.

    7. We do NOT allow subgroups to form. No PIG AND COIN branded masterminds, study groups, accountability partners, peer coaching, book clubs, online groups or LIVE meet-ups organized by participants.

    8. No selling, asking for 1:1 coaching or referrals. Please do not sell your coaching, products/services, ask for outside 1:1 coaching, or referrals of any kind.

    9. NO tech questions. Questions about replays, call codes, tech issues, call times and schedules, hot to request coaching on live calls, and how to schedule 1:1 coaching are NOT to be posted inside the facebook group. See our FAQ and/or submit a ticket here:

    10. No complaining. Period. All posts that are whining or considered complaining will be immediately deleted. We have zero tolerance for this. You are responsible for your own results. Take 100% accountability and responsibility.

    Group rules may be updated as needed. Should you break a rule, you will be notified by group admin/moderators. If you continue to break rules, you will be removed from the group and your membership will be terminated without refund.

  • Join the weekly live group coaching calls and get your moment to be coached by one of our coaches.

    Here’s how to find the Zoom link for Live Coaching Calls:

    1. Go to the Membership Facebook Group.

    2. Scroll through the Discussion tab to find #LiveCall OR

    3. Click the magnifying glass icon and search for #LiveCall

    The #LiveCall posts are always posted on Sunday evening, the day before the call, and contain the Zoom link for the Live Coaching Call.

  • Coaching calls will take place on Zoom.

    Members can “raise their hand” (a button you click in Zoom) to ask for coaching. Coaches keep track of members coached.

    If you have recently been called on for coaching, please allow a few weeks so others can have the opportunity to be called on.

    If there is no one else in the coaches queue, he/she will allow all to raise their hand to ask for coaching.

    If you are called on to be coached, please make sure you are in a quiet, well-lit area connected to fast internet with permission granted to access your camera and mic. If there are too many distractions or the connection is bad, we may have to go to the next person.

    If you are not called on for coaching, please come back and try again next week or book a 1:1 call with a coach.

    As you watch others get coached, please look for the lessons and apply them to yourself. When one person gets coached, we all get coached. As you bring that mentality to the coaching calls, you will find golden nuggets that will help you learn and grow faster as you learn from the collective group.

  • Watching live coaching replays make it easy to revisit the coaching you received on the call or recap the coaching of a fellow student that you can apply for yourself.

    Here’s how to listen to Live Coaching replays:

    1. Go to the Membership Facebook Group.

    2. Scroll through the Discussion tab to find #Replays OR

    3. Click the magnifying glass icon and search for #Replays

    Please take note that call replays are uploaded into the group within 1 business day from the call schedule.

  • If you would like 1:1 coaching from one of our coaches:

    1. Go to the Membership Facebook Group

    2. In the Discussions tab, click the ∨ symbol on the Featured section.

    3. Find the 1:1 Coaching Call post and follow instructions to book a 1:1 coaching call.

    1:1 coaching calls are not included in the membership fee. You can book a 1:1 coaching call as often as you’d like. 1:1 coaching calls are not offered to the public; they are only offered to members.

  • There are only two possible reasons you were removed from the Facebook group:

    1. You’ve repeatedly broken the group rules despite warnings.

    2. Your membership subscription has expired. Possible reasons include:

      1. Your billing/credit card information has changed or expired.

      2. You cancelled the membership subscription auto-renewal.

  • During checkout, you created an account using your email address and a password you chose. We do not have access to your password, nor can we change it for you.

    If you don’t remember your password, click the link below, click ‘Forgot Password?’ and follow the prompts to reset your password.

    To manage your membership, please visit https://pigandcoin.com/account and sign in.

    From here, you can:

    • Manage your subscription.

      • Click ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘Memberships’ > ‘Manage Subscriptions’

      • a. Update payment method or b. Cancel subscription

    • Update your payment information.

      1. Click ‘Payment’ > Update your payment info

    If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. Failure to do so may result in your card being charged on the auto-renewal system.
